Rainbow finish photo request

Hello Backers,
Sorry for the frequent updates and I will limit them going forward if you'd like so please let us know. We received a few emails/messages requesting a photo of the rainbow finish so I reached out to our manufacturer and asked if they could send us a photo. Please see the below photo of the rainbow finish.
If you would like the rainbow finish but are one of the later backers or would prefer more than one of the rainbow finish if you're one of our early backers, we will send you as many of the rainbow finishes as you'd like to order but you would have to be patient for a couple more months until we receive the next order. We will be placing another order within a week or so but production will likely take about a month to complete plus the upcoming Chinese New Year which is a few weeks long as well. Please let us know at [email protected] and we'll accommodate your request.

Manufacturing update & Limited Rainbow Quantity update

Hello Backers,
I want to update you on the progress of bringing Fourth Option to reality thanks to all of our wonderful backers who supported our campaign. I've attached a photo we received from our manufacturer showing one of the cases being packed for shipment. I'm currently getting quotes for shipping prices so we can have the product delivered to us for final inspection before shipping to all of our backers. Please be on the lookout for our survey as we will be sending them out to our backers within the next week asking what finishes you would like while also requesting your shipping address information.
I also wanted to share the news that our manufacturer is able to supply us with a limited quantity of the rainbow finish of our FO eating utensils. We are only receiving 100 of the rainbow finish and I want to limit one of the rainbow finish to whomever would like the rainbow finish starting with backer #1 and going down the list until we run out. I want to apologize in advance to anyone who wants the rainbow finish but is unable to receive it because of the limited quantity. We will be placing our second order with our manufacturer within the next week so we will be sure to order whatever finishes you would prefer. You can place an additional order online at www.fourthoption.com where you will be able to preorder more FO eating utensils and carry cases in the finishes and quantities you prefer with no limitations.
While I have your attention for a brief moment, I would like to ask each of you a question that may seem silly but I would like your feedback. What do you all think of F.O.E.U. (FOEU)? It's the acronym for Fourth Option Eating Utensil. I was thinking of using the acronym some going forward so I'm wondering what your thoughts of it are. Is it silly, ghetto, ok, good, bad or just plain awful? We are all adults here and we can take the constructive criticism. Please be as honest as you want. Dear Backers,
We first want to tell each one of our backers THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for supporting our campaign! We had an idea of Fourth Option eating utensil almost two and a half years ago that is now going to be a reality thanks to you. Your support of our campaign has given us the last boost of financial backing needed to bring this eating utensil to life.
We hope that you will see all the benefits of using FO when you realize all the finger foods we consume with our fingers that will now be eliminated. We have enjoyed using FO with a wide variety of finger foods and we know you will do the same. Now everyone will be able to enjoy many of their favorite finger foods without licking their fingers and spreading germs.
Production has been under way for quite some time and our first order will be completed in January. We will send out a survey within the next week or so asking each backer what finishes you would like of your FO eating utensils and carry cases.
We will continue to be transparent and keep you updated on the status of FO as we receive more information from our manufacturer. We will ship out your orders as soon as our first shipment arrives and will be shipping to backers in the order of when pledges was placed starting with backer #1.

Color change

Hello backers,
I want to give you an update I just received from our manufacturer this morning. I'm glad to say that production is on track and is still scheduled to be completed in January. Unfortunately, our manufacturer stated that it is unlikely that we will be receiving the rainbow finish as previously stated. That finish will be replaced with the gold finish as seen in the updated campaign photo with the finishes. I was so looking forward to receiving the rainbow finish as I know it would've likely been one of my favorite. If we have enough people interested in the blue finish, that is an option we'd like to explore as well. Message us at [email protected] and let us know your thoughts on the blue finish .
